
Boca Grande
Cocktail by PJ Ford
Ingredients:
1oz cachaca
1oz Mango Shotta
.5oz ancho reyes
.5oz honey (3:1)
.75oz lime
3 drops saline
1/4tsp white balsamic
Side of Boquita
Preparation:
Juice the lime into a container and measure out .75oz of juice. Quarter the empty shells and throw them into the shaker with the lime juice, honey, and saline and lightly muddle all together. Add the rest of the ingredients briefly, but vigorously shake the ingredients. Dump into a short collins glass or a rocks glass. Crack a little salt over top. This drink is meant to be on the tart side but if it is too sour, order a Boquita and dump it in for complete balance.

Shooter by PJ Ford
Ingredients:
1.5oz Mango Shotta
.5oz banan liqueur
.25oz lime juice
1 drop cardamom bitters
Side of Boca Grande
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake. strain into a shot glass and crack black pepper over top. This drink is meant to be on the sweeter side. Order a zesty Boca Grande and chase with it to balance out the experience.
