Bols Maraschino comes in a 750ml bottle and retails for $17.99 with 24% ABV. The product is now available in both on- and off-premise channels across the U.S.
The classic Maraschino flavor first became popular in 18th century Europe. It was widely used during the “Golden Era” of the cocktail movement and is an essential ingredient in every significant cocktail recipe book beginning with Jerry Thomas’ 1862 “The Bartender’s Guide” up to today’s publications.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz. Damrak Gin
- 3/4 oz. Bols Maraschino
- 3/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
Preparation: Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe.

- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 1/4 oz. Bols Maraschino
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Preparation: Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Hemingway Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. White Rum
- 1/2 oz. Bols Maraschino
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Preparation: Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

- 1 1/2 oz. Bols Genever
- 1/2 oz. Bols Maraschino
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz. Pineapple juice
Preparation: Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe.
Holland Punch
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Bols Genever
- 1/2 cup Bols Maraschino
- 1/4 cup Simple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Absinthe
- 4 bar spoons Angostura Bitters
Preparation: Combine all the ingredients in a large punch bowl. Add large ice cubes and a good stir. Garnish with orange and lemon wheels.
