Whiskey

She’s My Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
• 2 oz. Apple Juice
• 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz. Monin Salted Caramel

Preparation

1. Add ingredients to a mason jar and shake.
2. Top with 1 oz. hard cider.
3. Garnish with Whipped cream & dust with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
4. Add your favorite cinnamon cookie or graham cracker.

Southern Jam

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Monkey Shoulder Scotch
• 1 oz. Black Cherry Puree
• 4 Blackberries
• 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
2. Shake.
3. Garnish with 2 speared luxardo cherries.

Feeling Hot, Hot, Hot

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
• 1 oz. Rum Chata
• 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
• 1/2 oz. Orget/Almond Syrup
• dash of Cinnamon

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
2. Shake.
3. Garnish with speared pineapple wedge and dust top with Cinnamon.

Red Wine, Vodka

Bohemian Rasp-Sody

Ingredients

• 4 Raspberries
• 1/2 oz. Passion fruit puree
• 1 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Red Wine (Cab/Merlot Blends Work Great or Soft Chianti’s)
• 1 oz. Sweet & Sour
• 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Preparation

1. Muddle raspberries and Passion fruit.
2. Shake remaining ingredients.
3. Top with Club Soda & Passion fruit foam*

Ingredients

• 10 oz. Passion Fruit
• 2 oz. Red Wine
• 3 oz. Egg Whites

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients into a iSi whipped cream canister and use an N20 cartridge to charge.

Non-Alcoholic

Rock You Like a Coconut/Alcohol Free

Ingredients

• 3 oz. Half & Half
• 1 oz. Monin Salted Caramel
• 2 oz. Cream of Coconut
• 1/2 oz. Caramel Sauce

Preparation

1. Blend with ice.
2. Swirl inside of mason jar with caramel and fill with blended mixture.
3. Top with Whipped Cream, caramel and caramel popcorn.
