• Armorik Yeun Elez Single Malt Whisky

    Yeun Elez is a peated Breton Single Malt Whisky, distilled from peated (50ppm) malted barley from Scotland. It has been distilled and matured to highlight its delicate, elegant and fruity peat.
    Nose: Beautiful aromatic intensity, the peat is medicinal but supported by fruity notes, bananas, cooked peaches, and pastry.
    Palate: The smoke rounds the palate, citrus notes bringing freshness. Nice roundness with a hint of salinity. A lingering, iodized and spicy finish, ending with a warm wood fire.

  • Cohobé Élévation Single Malt Whisky

    Élévation” is a delicate yet complex whisky, aged in French oak barrels. Tasting Notes: Élévation offers delicate malty notes with a slight minerality, followed by more floral notes (rose hip, narcissus), fruity accents, and spice, providing a harmony of aromas. The tannins are silky, and the texture is light, but the flavors are frank, slightly spicy, and very present with a long and delicious finish.

Smoked Cohobé on the Rocks

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cohobé Single Malt Whisky
  • Orange twist

Preparation

  1. Use a smoke top with cherry wood chips.
  2. Add an orange twist.

  • Bastille 1789 Single Malt French Whisky

    100% malted barley from North East of France, where some of the world’s finest Scotch producers source their malt.
    Aging: Limousin oak barrels which had previously held Sauternes, Red Burgundy, and Sherry.
    Tasting notes: With a deep amber color, Bastille 1789 Single Malt proves to be a soft, rich, and complex whisky. It presents complex notes of fruit, sweet spices, and leather, ending with a slightly peaty finish. It reveals layers of character brought about by the triple cask aging.

Whisky Peach Smash

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bastille Single Malt Whisky
  • 1 oz Jules Theuriet Mango Liqueur
  • 3 peach slices
  • 3 lemon wedges
  • 6 mint leaves

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, muddle fruit, mint and lemon wedges with mango liqueur.
  2. Add whisky and ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into a glass, filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with mint spring and/ or peach slice.
