NOLET’S Silver Tom Collins

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 0.5 oz
  • Simple Syrup 2-3 oz. Club Soda

Preparation

  1. Build the cocktail over ice in a Collins glass (or highball), in the order listed above.
  2. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon and cherry.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Puerto De Indias Strawberry Gin
  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4.0 oz. Ginger Beer

Preparation

  1. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into a mule mug or glass and add the mint leaves and Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin.
  2. Fill with ice, stir with a spoon and top with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries and sprig of mint.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounce Magellan Gin
  • 0.75 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.75 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces prosecco

Preparation

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Double strain into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with prosecco or other sparkling white wine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
