Jesse’s Own Signature Cocktail: La Sirena

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Montelobos Mezcal Joven
• 1 oz. Milagro Reposado Tequila
• 1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
• 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime juice
• 3/4 oz. Orgeat (Almond Syrup)

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake well with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint, and top with Blue Curacao. Smile.
