Chris’s Own Signature Cocktail: Strawberry Peach Vodka Collins Popsicle

Prep: Puree fresh strawberries and peaches; mix simple syrup and peach schnapps and vodka; add the mixture to the peach puree; put in a tall shot glass and layer the strawberry puree on top; freeze and add sticks; serve by dipping shot glass in warm water and flip over.

Sangria Jello Shots

Prep: Mix Pinot Noir, Chambord, Brandy and Mixed berries; add jello mix; chill like jello and serve.
