Doladira was perfected through a multi-year collaboration between Meredith Erickson, author of Alpine Cooking and CKBG (Casa Komos Brands Group) co-founder, Richard Betts, to create an aperitivo that uses only the best ingredients to elevate any occasion.

Meredith has artfully combined rhubarb and alpine botanicals to create an elixir that is truly unparalleled.
