From our Chilled 100 Bartenders group to create show-stopping cocktails with this ultra-premium, highly purified spirit distilled from 100% Florida-grown non-GMO corn. The luxurious liquid is made with no carbs, no sugar, and is noticeably clean with subtle citrus notes making it perfect in easy-to-drink, easy-to-mix recipes.
Here are two well-crafted and thought-out cocktails created by Jacksonville, Florida bartender Sarah Karl.
Oh Snap!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz E11even Vodka
- 1 oz Snap Pea syrup*
- 3/4 oz is Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
Preparation: Add all ingredients to your tin, add ice, shake, strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with dehydrated lime and fresh sugar snap pea.
*Sugar snap pea syrup:
Make 2 cups simple syrup 1:1 ratio and let cool. Set to the side. Fill a bowl with ice cold water and set to the side. Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add 1 cup snap peas and let sit for 30 secs. Turn off stove and strain peas. Once strained, add to ice water bowl for 1 minute. Remove peas and place in blender with two cups simple syrup. Blend on high for 1 minute. Fine strain into clean container and label. Good for up to 3 weeks.
Summer Breeze
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz is E11even Vodka
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 oz Guava Nectar
- 3/4 oz Banana liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime juice
- 1/4 oz Cream Sherry
- 1/4 cup fresh coconut chunks
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk frozen into ice cubes
Preparation: Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend in high for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a coconut or glass of your choice. Garnish with a twisted lime wheel, umbrella, and enjoy!
