Delicious Drinks Just in Time for Spring from Becherovka

Spring is finally here and what better way to toast the warm weathered days ahead then with a delicious Becherovka tipple. Made with a custom blend of natural aromatics and botanical ingredients, Becherovka’s complex flavor profile provides a perfect base for refreshing tonics and zesty cocktails.

The sweet notes of honey and ginger and a slightly bitter citrus finish makes it an ideal ingredient for any cocktail and a fresh new choice for those seeking innovative drinking experiences this season.

Bech & Blue:

  • 1.5 oz Becherovka
  • 5 chunks cantaloupe melon
  • 3 tbls honey
  • 4-5 fresh blueberries
  • Club Soda

Muddle blueberries, cantaloupe and honey in bottom of rocks glass. Add crushed ice and Becherovka. Top with splash of club soda. Garnish with a skewer of blueberries

Czech-jito:

  • 2 oz Becherovka
  • 10 mint leaves
  • ½ of fresh lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 tbls brown sugar
  • 2 oz Prosecco

Muddle the mint leaves, lime wedges, simple syrup and brown sugar in bottom of mixing glass. Add Becherovka, ice and shake really well. Pour into highball glass, add Prosecco and a mint sprig for garnish

Spring Fling:

  • 2 oz Martell VSOP
  • 1 oz Becherovka
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3-4 strawberries

Muddle strawberries in mixing glass. Add rest of ingredients and ice. Shake and strain over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with 1 slice of strawberry and serve

Czechcano:

  • 2 oz Becherovka
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • Prosecco

Shake with ice Becherovka and sweet vermouth. Strain into champagne glass and top with Prosecco

Bitter & Punch:

  • 2 oz Becherovka
  • 1.5 oz rum
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Honey Water*
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz ginger ale

* To make honey water, mix 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of warm water
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. Strain in highball glass over fresh ice and top with ginger ale and serve

Tanto:

  • 1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Becherovka
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg white

Dry shake in shaker egg white for 1-2 minutes. Add ice, Plymouth Gin, fresh lemon juice and Becherovka and shake again. Strain in chilled cocktail glass, garnish with cayenne pepper on top of cocktail and serve

Becherita:

  • 2 oz Reposado (or Anejo) Tequila
  • 1 oz Becherovka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz peach nectar

Shake all ingredients with ice in shaker. Strain in highball glass over ice and serve

Spring Jacket:

  • 2 oz Becherovka
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • ¾ oz maraschino liqueur
  • RAW granulated sugar
  • 1-2 brandied cherries

Shake with ice- Becherovka, fresh pineapple juice and maraschino liqueur. Rim a chilled cocktail glass with RAW granulated sugar, strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with a skewer of brandied cherries
