Chilled Drink of The Week: Apple Cider Sangria

The drinks menu created by Beverage Director, mixologist Zachary Sharaga, is helping to put this beautiful dock bar and restaurant on the map. Especially for the fall, he is mixing up seasonal favorites using fresh ingredients.
“The big city culture is moving towards easily fresh made juices and the opening of many shops, boutiques and prevalent farmer’s markets,” says Sharage.

Apple Cider Sangria
- 3/4 oz. Hennessy VS
- 3/4 oz. Laird’s Bonded Applejack
- 4 oz. Angry Orchard Cider
- 3/4 oz. Honey
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Cubed Red and Green Apples
- Sliced Oranges
Preparation: Combine ingredients and garnish with an orange wheel.
