Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. London Dry Gin,
  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice,
  • 3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice,
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup (2:1),
  • 2 Dashes Cardomon Bittes (I like Scrappy’s)
  • Ginger Beer

Preparation: Shake all but the ginger beer. Add the ginger beer and strain over ice in a Collins glass, garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy.
