Tropical Bliss

Cocktail by Zachary Nichols

Ingredients:

2 oz Deep Eddys Lime

.5 oz Pomegranate Liqueur

1 Tblspoon of Cream of Coconut

3 oz of Pineapple Juice

Preparation:

Garnish glass. Full glass with ice. Fill shaker with ice and ingredients. Shake vigorously. Strain over ice.

Garnish:

Shaved coconut rim with agave syrup. And a pineapple slice.

Glassware:

Rocks glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

It was a raw and rainy day. All I could think about was how much better it would be to be on a beach somewhere, sun shining, smell of sun tan lotion in the air and Tropical Bliss was born.
