
Salt & Pep martini

Ingredients:
2 dashes angostura bitters
.5 oz simple syrup
.75 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz Deep Eddy’s Ruby Red Vodka
1oz Tanqueray Gin
Preparation:
Rim a coupe glass with salt and set aside. Grab a shaker tin and add ingredients in this order; bitters, simple syrup, lemon juice, vodka, gin. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into glass. Crack fresh black pepper on top and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel. Cheers!
