
Tropic Thunder
Cocktail by Scott Atkinson
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Deep Eddy Vodka
.50 oz Roses Blueberry Syrup
3.5 oz Q Drinks Tropical Ginger Beer
Preparation:
Pour ingredients into a shaker tin filled with ice
Shake ingredients for 5- 10 seconds
Pour into mule mug
Garnish:
Edible flower & LimeWedge

Cocktail Inspiration:
Mules are a staple at the bar so I get bored with just making the same ones over and over. I stare out at the water all day long at the restaurant and we’ve introduced Blueberry Syrup this year on the menu so it’s makes a beautiful blue hue to the cocktail along with it tasting delicious. The tropical ginger beer has a nice sweet taste but that ginger still bites so this drink has a great balance to it along with the beautiful edible flower on top.
