The Natty transfusion

Cocktail by Konnor Henry

Ingredients:

1.5 Oz deep eddy lemon

1 Oz cranberry juice

1 Oz pineapple juice

2 Oz soda water

4 dashes of fee foam

Garnish with lemon and cherry

Preparation:

In a mixing tin add deep eddys lemon, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and fee foam add ice and shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Top with soda water

Garnish:

Lemon and cherry

Glassware:

Double rocks glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

Working at the national there wasn’t a set in stone summer cocktail that was refreshing for our pool. The most popular item on a golf course is usually the transfusion but I found them boring and honestly not my drink of choice. I figured the main ingredients being vodka and juice maybe try something a little more fruitier to sip by the pool.
