Fool For The Pool
Cocktail by Tim Weigel
Ingredients:
6 raspberries (muddled)
0.25 oz lime juice
1 oz watermelon juice
0.25 oz Campari
2 oz Deep Eddy ruby red grapefruit vodka
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin and proceed to muddle the raspberries. Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain over fresh ice in a mason jar glass.
Garnish:
Lime wheel pierced with 2 raspberries
Glassware:
Mason jar glass

Nothing says carefree good times like relaxing at the pool. Especially in Vegas where temperatures hit triple digits daily during the summer months. The “Fool For The Pool” cocktail combines fruity summer flavors along with the refreshing accents of ruby red grapefruit to provide a great pool libation.
