The Cherry Popper

Cocktail by Anna Stock

Ingredients:

1.5 deep eddy’s lime

.5 simple syrup

.5 lime juice

.25 grenadine

Soda water

Preparation:

1. Fill the glass with ice

2. Add deep eddy’s, lime, simple, and grenadine

3. Roll

4. Top with soda water (or sprite for those that like a sweeter cocktail)

Cherry

Cocktail Inspiration:

I wanted to create a light fruity drink that would be perfect for summer, and to also fit the tropical theme that we have in our upstairs bar. I am not a fan of sweet cocktails, but I love seltzers and I wanted to create a light cherry-limeade to enjoy in the Georgia heat. For those that like a sweeter cocktail, the drink can be topped with sprite instead of soda.
