Cocktail by William McDermott

Ingredients:

1.25 oz Deep Eddy Grapefruit

.25 oz Cactus Juice Liquer

.5 oz Sour Mix

1-2 slices of Jalapeño

Top with Lemon Lime Soda

Preparation:

Add Deep Eddy, Cactus, sour mix, and jalapeños to a Boston shaker. Add your ice and give it a vigorous shake, strain into glass over ice and top with the lemon lime soda of your choice!

Garnish:

Tajin rim and jalapeño slice

Rocks glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

A twist on a southwest classic, the ranch water, combines the name sake flavors of the spring baseball league, Grapefruit and Cactus. The name is an homage to baseball and perfect for cooling down after a long day on the diamond or in the bleachers! The heater that is the addition of the jalapeños connects with the sweet spot of lemon lime soda, and you have a home run of a drink!
