
Spice Me Up, Pom
Cocktail by Meka Lewis
Ingredients:
1 oz Deep Eddys Original vodka
1/2 oz Serrano syrup
1/2 oz pomegranate liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 slices cucumber
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices to release their flavors.
Add vodka, Serrano syrup, pomegranate liqueur, and fresh lime juice to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an edible flower, slice of lime and a few slices of Serrano pepper for a spicy kick.
Optionally, for an extra burst of flavor, you can float a few pomegranate arils on top of the cocktail before serving.
