Cocktail by Allison Korn

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Deep Eddy Lime vodka

.5 oz coconut rum

1 oz strawberry puree

10 mint leaves

Top with ginger beer

Preparation:

Add vodka, coconut rum, strawberry puree, and mint to a tin. Add ice and shake. Strain over new ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with strawberries and a mint sprig.

Garnish:

Strawberries and a mint sprig

Glassware:

Deep eddy tin cup or copper cup

Cocktail Inspiration:

Deep eddy reminds me of warm summer nights on a lit up patio, so I created a refreshing and fruity cocktail I would be sure to order over and over on a night under the stars or a day in the sun. These types of drinks for me were allowed to be non pretentious, just focused on a good time. Nothing makes my day quite like an adorably fun and eye catching garnish!
