Ingredients:

1.0 oz Deep Eddy Vodka

.75 oz Bols Elderflower Liquere

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

3.0 oz Zonin Prosecco

Mint

Black Raspberry

Preparation:

Build cocktail in a flute and garnish

There’s a group of ladies that comes in almost daily for mimosas and Aperol spritz so one day they asks me to make something different than their normal so I took what I had around the bar and told them to sparkle on and they ended up loving the complexities of a rather simplistic cocktail.
