
Passion Tonic
Cocktail by Amanda Willis
Ingredients:
Ruby Red Eddys
Fresh Passion fruit
Fresh Lychee
Fresh ginger root
Tonic Water
Garnish
Thai Basil
Fresh ginger slice
Wax apple
Preparation:
Take 1 slice of fresh ginger root and muddle it into the glass. Then muddle one Lychee and a teaspoon of fresh Passion fruit.
Pour in 2oz Ruby Red Eddys and stir,add ice, and top with Tonic Water.
Garnish:
Chop stick with wax apple and ginger slice with sprig of Thai Basil

Red wine glass
Cocktail Inspiration:
I love to mix fresh and interesting ingredients to form the perfect cocktail. I really wanted to do something with fresh ginger, and this is what I came up with. It’s light, delicious, tart, and refreshing. This drink would pair nicely with some Pho, or sushi!
