Cocktail by Chelsea Franklin
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz cherry syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz Deep Eddy’s Lime
1 oz Deep Eddy’s Lemon
Preparation:
In a shaker add cherry syrup, lime juice, Deep Eddy’s Lemon and Deep Eddy’s Lime to a shaker. Shake and double strain over lychee ice cubes.
Garnish:
Palm tree lychee purée ice cube
Glassware:
Stemless flute glass

My favorite summer drink is a cherry limeade from Sonic drive in. Combined with my love for tropical vacations and a lychee lemonade, comes the most delicious concoction.
