Cosmic Eddy
Cocktail by Matthew Bennett
Ingredients:
2 oz Deep Eddy Lime
2 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Simple syrup
4 dash orange bitters
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake to chill and combine. Double strain into glass

Dehydrated lime

In my years behind the bar, the classic Cosmo has become more and more popular. I enjoy being able to breathe fresh life into a timeless classic as I did with this one. Using the Deep Eddy Lime allowed me to skip the citrus juice while the orange bitters brought a fun element to the mix. It’s balanced and smooth. Easy to remember and easy to make whether you’re at home or getting crushed in the service well. Cheers.
