Cocktail by Dillon Snyder
Ingredients:
1 oz Deep Eddy Vodka
.75 oz Deep Eddy Ruby Red
.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Maple Syrup
6 Dashes Fee Foam
grapefruit swath
zested lime peel
Preparation:
add all ingredients except lime zest into Shaker. add 6 1″ cubes of ice. hard Royal shake to infuse grapefruit oils and create foam. strain into Nick and Nora, garnish with lime zest

Cocktail Inspiration:
this cocktail is partially inspired by a former bartender of mine and a former program I led. The town mascot was the Greyhound which started my enjoyment of grapefruit. the name itself comes from the saying “can’t teach an old dog new tricks”
