Ingredients:

1.5 oz Deep Eddy Lemon

.75 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liquor

.75 Hibiscus Syrup

.5 Lemon Juice

Club Soda

Preparation:

Pour the Deep Eddy Lemon, St-Germain, Hibiscus Syrup and Lemon Juice in a mixing tin with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a wine glass filled with ice. Top with Club Soda. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel

Cocktail Inspiration:

I wanted to create a cocktail that’s light and refreshing. Texas summers can be absolutely brutal but it doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the outdoors. This cocktail is perfect for pool parties, brunch, or a patio.
