
Grapefruit Basil Sparkler

Ingredients:
2 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka
.5 oz Aperol
1 oz Fresh Basil Simple Syrup
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 oz Grapefruit Soda (Squirt)
Preparation:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add ruby red grapefruit vodka, Aperol, basil simple syrup, and freshly squeezed lime juice to the shaker.
Shake well until the mixture is well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top off with grapefruit soda.

I created the Grapefruit Basil Sparkler to capture the essence of a perfect summer day in my garden. Inspired by the fresh basil I grow and the vibrant taste of ruby red grapefruit vodka, I wanted to combine these with sparkling grapefruit soda for a refreshing drink. This cocktail reflects my love for natural, fresh ingredients and the joy of spending time outdoors. Sharing it with friends allows me to bring a taste of those sunny, peaceful moments to everyone.
