Dragon's kiss
Cocktail by Kiya Moon
Ingredients:
1.25 oz Deep Eddy’s Lemon
4 oz coconut water
1/2 oz Monins dragon fruit syrup
Splash of coconut puree
4 dashes of fee foam
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker-tin with ice, Deep Eddy’s lemon vodka, coconut water, coconut puree, Monins syrup and fee foam. Shake and strain into a martini glass and place dragon fruit wedge on rim.

Dragon fruit (wedge)
