Ingredients:
1.5 oz deep eddys original
.5 elderflower liquor (crown trio)
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz simple syrup
3 dashes of rose water
Preparation:
Add spec ingredients to shaker tin
Shake and fine mesh strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish: obtain circle molds for candy, 5 dashes of Ube extract and 10 vanilla extract. Isomalt sugar and .5 sugar ratio boiled to pour into molds. Could be lemon coin for alternative garnish, equipment permitting.

“Cecilia, you’re breaking my heart” Simon and Garfunkel nod. Creating a summer menu last year, wanted an easy drinking, light refreshing cocktail. Congruent with the classic cosmopolitan, this is less sweet, more floral and lends itself to be crushable, and perfect for any season as it’s been a top 3 cocktail on our menu at Pinky Swear for a year straight. The simplicity highlights deep eddys vodka nicely, emphasizing the mesh build of the vodka. The floral element is palatable, for most. Cecilia is here to stay, with the framework to be a modern classic. Thanks for your consideration.
