Ingredients:
– Deep Eddy Original 1oz
– Frosted mint syrup 0.5oz
– Citric Solution 0.5oz
– Champagne 2oz (top up)
Preparation:
Pour deep eddy vodka, mint syrup and citric solution into a shaker. Strain it to the champagne glass and top it up with champagne. Last but not least, garnish it with pink dragonfruit popsicles. Wait till the color change and enjoy!
*Pink Dragon Popsicles
Blend the dragonfruit,strain and pour it to a popsicle molds. Keep it in a freezer for about 8 hours and it’s ready.

Inspired by the classic cocktail called french 75 and i add little bit twist with the summer vibes. Summer is about to come and who doesn’t love going to the shore to swimmimg in the beach or just chillin in the pool with family and friends. Definitely need a refreshing and catchy drinks. So i decided to make a simple drink that everyone can make easily with mint and dragonfruit. Tropical ingredients that perfect for a summer breeze. Make your summer memorable with Dragon Pop!
