
Bubble mint chocolate chip

Ingredients:
1.5 deep Eddie’s vodka, .5 de kuyper crème drink cacao, .5 Hiram walker crème de menthe, .5 coconut macadamia purée, .5 methyl cellulose water, chocolate chips for garnish
Preparation:
(can of coco lopez coconut cream, box of macadamia nut milk. Combine this to make coconut macadamia purée) add .5 coconut macadamia purée. Add 1.5 deep Eddie’s vodka, .5 de kuyper crème drink cacao, .5 Hiram walker crème de menthe, .5 methyl cellulose water. Combine all of this in a shaker then wet shake followed by dry shake. Then garnish with chocolate chips.

Cocktail Inspiration:
Mint chocolate chip ice cream on a hot day. The way the macadamia mixes with the drink it creates a bubble like foam texture on top which tastes delicious.
