Cocktail by Lilith whitaker
Ingredients:
Deep eddy grapefruit
Big O ginger liquor
Basil simple
Dragonfruit
grapefruit juice
Lime juice
Preparation:
In mixing tin combine
-1/3 cup chopped fresh dragonfruit
-2 oz deep eddy grapefruit
-.5 oz big O ginger liquor
-2 oz grapefruit juice
Add ice and shake well.
Pour with dirty rocks into stemless wine glass
Garnish:
Fresh slice of dragonfruit, sprig of basil, citrus salt patch on side of glass.

Stemless wine glass
Cocktail Inspiration:
A take on the salty dog, one of my favorite grapefruit drink combined with my love for tropical fruits that can be found in the grapefruit origin of barbados.
