Preparation
- In a shaker, stir together the half and half, coconut rum, vodka, and Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut.
- Place ice cubes in Martini shaker.
- Cover, shake.
- Pour into a chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish with vanilla beans.
