Villa Massa & Tonica
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Villa Massa Limoncello
- 3 oz. Tonic Water
- 3 fresh Basil Leaves
- Ice
Preparation
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour Villa Massa Limoncello and tonic water into glass.
- Slap a leaf of fresh basil in your hands and add it to the glass.
- Stir ingredients and serve.
Additional Notes
Pair with Spuntini (Italian for “small bites”):
- Bruschetta
- Caprese salad with tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese
- Italian meats as mortadella, bresaola, prosciutto di Parma and salami
- Smoked salmon tartine or tartare
