Tropic Like It's Hot

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 oz. Aperol
  • 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Lemongrass Syrup*
  • 1 cup Ice
  • Orchid (to Garnish)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the garnish, in a blender and, blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with an orchid.

*Lemongrass Syrup


Ingredients

  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Lemongrass

Preparation

  1. Heat equal parts sugar and water to form a simple syrup.
  2. Cut lemongrass and slap between palms to express oil.
  3. Steep leaves in simple syrup overnight.
