Preparation
- Add Chopin Rye Vodka, Campari, Oloroso Sherry, and the Cranberry + Shiso cordial to a highball glass over ice, give a quick stir to combine.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon peel.
Cranberry Shiso Cordial
Ingredients
- 250 g White Sugar
- 240 g Cranberry Juice
- 25 g Citric Acid
- 5 Shiso Leaves
- 3 Lime Leaves
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until sugar and citric acid are dissolved.
- Strain.
