The Kiki Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dartigalongue Organic Armagnac
  • 1 oz Kiki Vendéen Épines Noires (red)
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, add all ingredients with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
  2. Pour into a coupe glass and add a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
