The Irish Built Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 1 part Powers Irish Rye
  • 1 part Hotel Starlino Vermouth
  • 1 tsp. Marasca syrup
  • Hotel Starlino Marashino Cherry (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add whiskey, vermouth, and marasca syrup to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir well until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with cherries.
