Preparation
- Add bourbon, sherry, apricot liqueur, and lemon juice to shaker with ice and shake.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass and top with apricot foam.
- Zest lemon onto the top.
*Apricot Cream Foam
Ingredients
- 2 oz. cream
- 1 egg white
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 1 T apricot jam, whipped
Preparation
- dd cream, egg white, lemon juice, and apricot jam to a chilled shaker.
- Add a hawthorn spring to the shaker to aid in whipping.
- Shake vigorously until foamed.
