The Heart Beet

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Don Julio Tequila
  • 1 oz. Rum Legendário Elixir 7 Anos
  • 1 oz. Beetroot Shrub
  • 0.5 oz. Orgeat
  • 0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 7 dashes Fee Foam
  • Thinly Sliced Beet and Baby’s breath

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine Don Julio tequila, Legendario rum, beetroot shrub, orgeat, lime juice, and fee foam.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a thin slice of Beet and Baby’s Breath Dried Flowers.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant flavors!
