Preparation
- In a shaker, combine Don Julio tequila, Legendario rum, beetroot shrub, orgeat, lime juice, and fee foam.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a thin slice of Beet and Baby’s Breath Dried Flowers.
