Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Popcorn and Peanut-infused, Brown Butter Fat Washed Edmond’s Honor Bourbon*
  • ½ oz. Monin Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fresh Granny Smith Apple Juice
  • ½ oz. Lemon

Preparation

  1. Press Granny Smith Apple Juice with a cold press juicer and mix 2:1 with fresh lemon juice to prevent oxidation. 
  2. Garnish with Bruléed Apple Fan and Popcorn

*Popcorn and Peanut-infused Bourbon


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Edmond’s Honor
  • 4 oz. of peanuts
  • 1 cup of popcorn

Preparation

  1. Add 1 bottle of Edmond’s Honor, as well as 4 oz. of peanuts and 1 cup of popcorn to a container and allow to infuse for 2 days.

*Brown Butter Fat Washed Bourbon


Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Edmond's Honor
  • 4 oz. of butter

Preparation

  1. Add 4 oz. of butter to a pan and cook on low until the butter stops bubbling and the milk solids caramelize.
  2. Set 2 oz. of Edmond’s Honor aside.
  3. Pour the butter into the container once cool, scraping all of the caramelized solids with it.
  4. Add the reserved Edmond’s Honor into the pan and use it to collect the remaining butter and solids.
  5. Add to mixture.
  6. Stir and freeze.
  7. Once the butter has solidified, strain through a fine mesh and rebottle.
