Summer Serpent

Ingredients
- 3 slices of Cucumber, peeled
- 2 cubes of Watermelon
- ½ oz. Monin Frosted Mint Syrup
- 1 oz. Absente Absinthe
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 oz. Cold Water
- Glassware: Large Bucket
- Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon, 3 Watermelon balls in a pick, and a Mint Bouquet
Preparation
- Muddle watermelon and cucumber in a mixing glass.
- Add the syrup, absinthe, lime, juice, water, and Phil with ice. Shake all ingredients hard to chill.
- For the glass: wrap cucumber ribbon on the inside of the glass and fill with pebble ice.
- Double strain the cocktail into the prepared bucket glass.
- Garnish with watermelon balls on a pic and a mint bouquet.
