Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. of Seedlip Spice
- 3/4 oz. Sour AF Lime
- 1 oz. Mint Syrup
- 1 oz. Fresh Watermelon
- 2 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Preparation
- Start off with a highball glass and crushed ice.
- Add all ingredients with the Ginger beer being the last ingredient.
- Pick a fresh mint spring and release the oils on the side of the glass and garnish with the mint spring and a thin lime wheel.
