Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. of Seedlip Spice
  • 3/4 oz. Sour AF Lime
  • 1 oz. Mint Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fresh Watermelon
  • 2 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Preparation

  1. Start off with a highball glass and crushed ice.
  2. Add all ingredients with the Ginger beer being the last ingredient.
  3. Pick a fresh mint spring and release the oils on the side of the glass and garnish with the mint spring and a thin lime wheel.
