- 1 oz Pear Puree
- .75 oz Lime
- 1 oz Honey Simple
- Garnish with Thyme Sprig
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into mixing tin with ice, shake thoroughly, double strain into coupe glass, garnish with Thyme sprig.
