Salinas Greek & Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Stray Dog Gin
  • 1 oz. KLEOS Mastiha liqueur

Preparation

  1. Build in a highball.
  2. Prime the glass with Mediterranean tonic water (roughly half the amount needed).
  3. Add ice and top with more Mediterranean tonic water.
  4. Garnish with lemon and sage.
