2 parts Brockmans Gin
1 part Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 part Fresh Lemon
1/2 part Simple Syrup
1 part Muddled Strawberry
Top with Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine

Preparation

Shake and strain over fresh ice.
Top with Brut Rosé or Brut Champagne.
Garnish with strawberry.
