Rhum Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Baie des Trésors Fruits of the Rains Rhum
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white
Preparation
- Combine Rhum, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
- Enjoy!
